These terms apply when you use rova.club ("Rova", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Rova.
What Rova is
Rova is a map and directory of wellness studios, gyms, saunas and similar places in Brisbane. You can browse, search, like and save studios. Rova doesn't take bookings or payments. When you want to book, you do that directly with the studio on its own website or booking page.
Studio information
Studio details, prices, offers and class information on Rova come from public sources such as OpenStreetMap and the studios' own websites, and may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Where we show prices, we say when we last checked them. Always confirm prices, times, offers and availability with the studio before you go or pay. We don't endorse any studio, and showing a studio on Rova isn't a recommendation or a guarantee of its quality or safety. Talk to a health professional before starting any new physical activity.

Your account
- You must be at least 16 and give us a real email address.
- Keep your password secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
- Your likes and saved studios are private to you.
- You can ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing info@rova.club.
Photos you add
You can add photos to studio pages. By uploading a photo you confirm that you took it (or have the owner's permission), that it doesn't show people who haven't agreed to appear, and that it isn't unlawful, misleading or offensive. You keep ownership of your photo, and you give Rova a free, non-exclusive licence to show it on the site and in the app. We review photos before they appear, may decline or remove any photo, and may remove your ability to upload. If you see a photo that shouldn't be there, use the Report link under it or email info@rova.club, and we'll act on it promptly. You can ask us to delete your photos at any time.
Using Rova fairly
Please don't misuse Rova. In particular, don't try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or other people's data, don't copy the site or its data in bulk (for example by scraping), and don't use it for anything unlawful or misleading.
Ownership
The Rova name, logo, design and the way we've put the information together belong to us. Studio names, logos, descriptions and photos belong to the studios or other owners, and are shown to help people find them. If you own something shown on Rova and want it changed or removed, email info@rova.club.
Links to other sites
Rova links to studios' websites and other third-party sites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, prices, services or privacy practices.
Availability
We work to keep Rova running but don't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change, pause or stop any part of it, including features such as likes and saves.
Limits on our responsibility
Rova is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of Rova or from relying on information on it, including loss caused by incorrect prices or hours or by something that happens at a studio. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can't be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Rova changes. We'll change the date above, and if you keep using Rova after an update you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
